Stickers and Stencils Delivery

  • UK delivery is FREE for online orders.
  • Your package will normally be dispatched via Royal Mail on the next working day after cleared payment.
  • Delivery will be in 2 - 3 working days after dispatch, but please allow up to 14 working days to arrive.
  • We always confirm via email that your item has been shipped.
  • Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not working days.
  • Expedited and international delivery is available on request.

Car Dials Delivery

  • All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or 1st Class Recorded and require a signature. We will email you confirmation of dispatch.
  • Overseas orders are sent by Airmail 'Track & Sign' or Airmail 'Tracked'. We will email you a tracking number with the dispatch confirmation.
  • Most dial orders will be ready to dispatch 2 - 3 days after ordering.  We will email you if this is any different.
  • If any order requires urgent delivery, please email us for express delivery charges.
  • In the unusual situation that we do not have an item in stock, we will email you with a revised delivery time and give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
  • Please CHECK the number of items you receive and check for any damage. We can't accept any claims for missing items or damaged goods if the recipient has signed to say that all the items have been received in good order. If the customer agrees to accept the goods without a signature (e.g. instructs to leave in front porch), then we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged items.

Returns Policy:

At Metal Monkey we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund of the item price within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in an unused condition. You must contact us  within 14 days of the item being delivered. Use the form on this site or the email address that is on your invoice.

Postage or other return costs are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

If returning by the post, please obtain proof of postage.
