Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

We accept cheques. Delivery wont take place until the cheque has cleared through the banks (approx 3-4days)

Shipping And Handling

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or 1st Class Recorded and require a signature.
Overseas orders are sent by Airmail 'Priority' signature required or Airmail 'Airsure' which is fully tracked.

Please CHECK the number of items you receive and check for any damage. We can't accept any claims for missing items or damaged goods if the recipient has signed to say that all the items have been received in good order. If the customer agrees to accept the goods without a signature (e.g. instructs to leave in front porch), then we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged items.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days, and will email you to confirm that your order has been sent.

Estimated delivery time for orders:

UK: 7 - 10 days

EUROPE: 10 - 14 Working Days

USA/CANADA: 10 - 14 Working Days

REST OF WORLD: within 4 weeks.

If any order requires urgent delivery, please email us for express delivery charges.

Back Orders

In the unusual situation that we do not have an item in stock, we will email you with a revised delivery time and give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All credit/debit card payments are made through WorldPay or Paypal.

MetalMonkey do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy

We believe you will be delighted with the product you have purchased from Metal Monkey, but we understand that on occasion it may be necessary to return an item, and we try to make the process as simple as possible.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the goods are received.

We expect you to return the item to us at your own cost. We will then refund you the cost of the goods. We reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee. We will ensure that we make a refund to you within thirty days of the date of the cancellation.

You must notify us before hand of your intention to return an item(s) by email or letter, and the reason for the return.

You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we advise you to use a secure delivery service which requires a signature upon delivery.

Remittance Terms

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please make them payable to: Metal Monkey, and send them with a copy of your order receipt to the address above. We will ship the goods once the cheque has cleared through the bank.
